I figure we need at least 7-10 4* players in each class.


At least 7-10. Several years of classes like that should get us competitive with top-10 teams. Good coaching will allow us to beat the teams we're on par with, but we must upgrade our talent and depth with a solid base of 4* level talent if we want to compete with top-10 teams.
