Picking VT to lose vs. Clemson was not going out on a limb
So going .500 outside of that isn’t exactly impressive especially when you consider VT beats GT minus a freak show outlier 80 yard TD pass from a QB that can’t regularly get more than 4 completions per game. Tell me it’s by design all you want but if he could do more he would be. VT has a challenge in front of it for sure vs. prolific O but as sure as VT is playing the best O it’s seen all year OSU will be playing the best D it’s seen. A healthy VT O does have a chance to put up points vs. an OSU D that hasn’t lit the world on fire, so assuming a loss seems premature.
