A strictly headrest position I’m still partial to the thermo pedic because you don’t have to fluff it but I sleep on my back mostly or sometimes on my side.
The My Pillow is nice also if you find the right thickness and you fluff it in the shape you want. The thickest My Pillow I sent back because it was to thick but the medium thickness suits me ok. I think if I had purchased the king size, medium thickness pillow I would have liked it more but I only got the standard size.
The My Pillow commercial that critiiqués competing pillows cracks me up when he talks about the curved thermopedic pillow. He demonstrates how the curve is to thick unless he pushes down on either side of the person’s head but then says he’s not go to stay to push on the pillow all night. He’s clearly using the thicker side of the curved pillow. He doesn’t say a word about how you can turn it around & use the thinner curved side of the pillow. Which was the side I always used. Duh! I have not had the My Pillow long enough to wash it yet but hopefully it holds up. You can’t wash the thermopedic pillow which is why I made the switch after a lot of use. I may pick up another thermo soon so I’ll have both but I don’t regret the My Pillow purchase.
