Nope. At the ACC meet if you get one of the auto bids youre in.

Edit: What you are thinking of is bid allocation. It isn't just the winners that are allocated. Lets say that 3 of out 6 wrestlers at the ACCs is good enough to warrent a bid. The ACC would get the top 3 qualified. If you were the 4th wrestler, but beat the 3rd guy you would have in effect stolen his bid.
