Actually disagree on CJF's strategy

I think he will generally use the template from the UVA game but knows the offense will have to do it in a much more effective fashion (in terms off success running) and will have to mix in more short and medium range passes. We cannot win a shootout with this team. They scored big on everyone (including Oklahoma) except Texas and TCU. In both of those games the opponents consistently pressured the QB by controlling the offensive line of OSU and possessed the ball quite well. Iowa State, who upset them in Stillwater, did not control OSU's offense quite as much but possessed the ball and scored easily on OSU's defense.. Also in all three games OSU's special teams made mistakes. We have to get a score and/or a blocked punt out of S.T. to win this.
The OSU secondary looks so bad at times and has so many blown coverages that its tempting to fall in to the trap of competing in a 'shoot out', that is to throw the long ball as you know you can beat their secondary but all you do then is give the OSU offense the ball more quickly. We need real discipline in our strategy and execution.
