Their biggest donor is Jimmy Haslam who has way too much control behind the scenes. He's been a disaster for the Cleveland Browns and isn't doing much better controlling things at UT. Their Chancellor isn't much better and doesn't have that great a reputation, not just for athletics, but academics as well (Fulmer is probably trying to figure out how to her job next).
