You should be fine, but a 2002 Trail Blazer is the one that got me.

Replaced the ignition coils that sit on top of the plugs (coded on me, that's what it said the problem was) and while I was at it, I cleaned the throttle body. Between the now clean throttle body and no power for 2 hours, the little computer that thinks it knows everything about timing/fuel "forgot" everything. It would barely keep running. Slowly, it got better. Had to do it all once more before trading it at about 150K. Left the battery connected that time. Overall, a pretty good vehicle, had better, had worse.
