He makes good decisions and won't lose you games.

However, his upside isn't clearly limited in this offense by his lack of speed and arm strength.

I hope Hooker is the guy next year because by all accounts he has higher upside. Stronger arm, faster, etc etc.

JJ is capable of wining 9 games every year but don't see isn't beating Clemson / Miami / FSU / Notre Dame with his limited skill set.
