To sorta change the subject, saw a fireball a couple weeks ago

just discovered the Am. Meteor Society which reports these things. Found one report that sorta matched eg, "it burned up over the Balt beltway" which would fit my observation and the time of day, I was out for an evening walk. other things don't match left to right, me right to left or was it that close that it came between us? Depth perception is pretty hard although it was astronomically close.

Anyway, lots are reported, so not a big deal, but first time I ever saw one. Takes a few seconds to realize it wasn't a plane (I live in the fight path to BWI) or a drone the thing was cruising pretty fast then disappeared..

Sorry for the highjack, get that one off my chest.
