"Folks… I literally cannot make this up ..but I have to share what I just saw!
I was coming through downtown Abingdon by the courthouse and I saw the most unusual couple walking outside . They're were approximately in their mid 60s (from what I could tell.)The little lady was about 5 foot 1 and weighed about 350 pounds. She was wearing a leopard print one piece spandex spaghetti strap jumpsuit , a sleeveless mesh white T-shirt underneath and 5 inch tall stiletto heels! The gentleman was approximately 6 feet 5 and weighted about 125 (soaking wet )and was wearing a huge black velvet cowboy hat with a blue peacock feather hanging off the back and was doing his best to hold up his pants with a 4 inch wide black plastic belt(on the outside of his belt loops because it wouldn't fit ) with a gold tone belt buckle bigger than his head and plastic red cowboy boots ! If that wasn't attention drawing enough as it was ..the couple tried to maneuver the hill beside the courthouse on foot . It was very obvious that she was freezing to death in the 30° temperatures but was trying to maintain her dignity . He had little to no patience and kept trying to hurry her along! He kept yelling at her .. hurry up hurry up ! Please remember this little lady was wearing 5 inch tall stiletto heels going down a hill! I think she got sick of hearing him yell at her so she took off one of her heels and threw it at him hitting him squarely in the back of the head! His cowboy hat went flying over into the road where it was promptly run over by a passing car ! I literally almost wrecked laughing ... but she continued to beat him with her other shoe, he continued to yell and I know it was wrong and Lord forgive me , but I could not get a picture even though I tried ! ( and God bless all the starving Pigmies in Africa )"
