I would...
get the headlight pointing in the general direction, kinda sorta get it aligned okayish and make her drive it. Hammers work wonders. Kids will adapt.
My college car had a smashed-in drivers door by the end that meant I had to climb in from the passenger side. True story... I walked out of NRV Mall after a movie back in the day, put key in car door and opened it... stared at automatic transmission for a few seconds and realized that wasn’t my car. Nobody swaps out a manual for an auto in the NRV Mall parking lot. Shut the door and walked over a row to my car, got in and drove away.
