Greenberg didn't change from March to May of that year...if you thought he was insubordinate when you fired him, then you thought it in March when you could actually salvage the program and bring in prospects during the live period

If you didn't have the cajones to fire him in March, then you have to bite the bullet and wait another full year or be willing to accept the consequences, which were a 3 year setback in the program
