I expect once the Yum deal is examined in detail along with some of the other real estate transactions of the Foundation and affiliated parties there are going to be several individuals in addition to the University of Louisville that people will consider to have been unduly enriched through those deals. As far as the aquatic center goes there are numerous high schools, swim clubs, etc. that will tell you the facility is indeed a community asset.
