Nothing specific

Changes every year, I usually make it with whatever is left when the freeze comes - then add a few staples:

Chopped peppers - any and all
Chopped onion
Chopped green tomatoes
pickling salt
touch of vinegar
good amount of sugar - 3/4 cup for average spaghetti size pot
little mustard and/or celery seed

Put in veggies/spices and cook down then add sugar and just enough water to cover. Bring to boil, then simmer for about 15 min. or until desired consistency. Cool and serve over BBQ sandwiches or pinto beans.
