DI-FCS plays 11 games or less. DII and DIII play 10 games or less

I say less because the Ivy League plays 10 games and could participate in the FCS Playoff (if so desired). I think the Pioneer Football League (non-scholarship football) plays 10 games as well and does participate in the FCS Playoff. I think a couple DII and DIII teams play 9 regular season games for whatever reason.
