has had enough and the next big announcement might be his retirement. Only problem is, the Astros did it smartly, I have no confidence that O's will do anything smart. The farm system has nothing of note primarily b/c the front office is terrible. This might be a move to the bottom where this franchise, w/ its front office, likely will stay.
