If approved, Disney has even more leverage to distribute ACCN


Would have controlling interest in Hulu and can package former Fox regional sports networks (which have deals with some 40-ish MLB, NBA and NHL teams) into the various offerings as well.

This would appear to be very good for ACCN distribution.

I would think PAC will try to find a buyer in order to keep up.
