Yes, T-Mobile Binge On allows unlimited streaming of
particular services. I think the optics of it being a perk (rather than all the other content being extra), and the fact that it's mobile where expectations are low, keep that from being a big deal. However, it is an example of certain services being privileged on a network.
What's stopping Comcast from treating their services better than third party services? Competition where it's at and if there is sufficient competition that it doesn't resemble a cartel. Otherwise, not much.
