It just isn't black and white IMO. Both arguments have some merit. i.e. equal access and let the economy work unfettered.
I just think that anyone who is over the top in their language here likely isn't thinking through all of the implications.
Personally, I think ISP should be a utility, fair and equal (cost, speed, etc.). However, an ISP should not have any other lines of services so to prevent a bad market influence. However, that is not the choice here and both choices have pro/cons IMO.
I don't think it is an Obama/Trump thing ... but it is a very complex issue with pitfalls with all choices IMO.
