From what i understand....this allows the telecom giants to restrict


whatever they want. Correct?

If that's the case, wont additional players come to the field that think they can do better or offer the people what they want?

Isn't this the environment that created the Netflixs and amazons in the first place?

If comcast starts restricting my internet at home because we stream too much netflix, well, then i'm going to dump both comcast and netflix until something better goes along. Isn't that what people are more apt to do than paying massive fees? Why would you pay massive fees when you can just dump their content? I'll go without internet at home. No big deal to me. My life doesn't revolve around streaming and apps on my phone. If anyone's does, i think this may smack people around and show them there's more to life.
