Are you a WV native? If so, what's your home town?
My home county of Monroe is a border county between WVU and VT territory. In my tiny graduating class of 90 kids back in 1979, there were more who graduated from Tech (six) than WVU (one). In fact, a few years back, there was a memorial dedicated to the veterans of Monroe County. They needed a marching band for the dedication, and my best friend from back home (and a Hokie grad too) brought in the Highty Tighties. A very cool event!

I catch grief from some of my relatives for my Hokie background, so I'm used to it.

As far as the alleged assault, I have no idea. Didn't hear anything about it.
