No one broke into my house, so I'm removing the locks


Now, I'll buy the Comcast et al own their systems let them do what they want argument; but I don't but that just because 10 years ago when they were only a telecommunications company with thriving cable TV services they left your connection to the internet alone, so not they won't start prioritizing different 3rd party content services to give their new content services (i.e. the newly integrated NBC Universal portion of their company) a competitive advantage or pick winners and losers for their gain from the 3rd party options.
