With net neutrality, which winners and losers did they pick?


I suppose you could say they picked that Hulu and NetFlix would have to compete on an even ground, regardless of their affiliation with ISPs.

Does that make Hulu, affiliated with Comcast, a loser?

I'm not sure that reducing vertical integration is picking winners and losers.
