I think Mitchell's ceiling is higher than Bucky's too.


Bucky never developed while at Tech, and never looked like a natural receiver. Mitchell does look like a natural receiver, and plays to his height. He also shows a willingness to block, making him an intriguing option on the outside, especially at his size.
