Requirements:
1-.You must say apa LACH chun
not apa LAA chun
2. Drive south and you enter Tenn.
3. Drive west you enter KY. or drive north
and hit North West Virginia (not West Virginia
because it is east of SW. VA.)
4. Drive east and you hit I-77
5. Drive to tip of Lee county and you must travel
in an easterly direction to reach Detroit.
I dare say that most of you "Virginians " have never
really been to SW VA. You should come. We will welcome you.
I forgot the main requirement - must be closer to 7 other state capitals than you are to Richmond. That is SW VA.
