VT must have poor streaming capabilities. I've watched several games on the WatchESPN app. The Chattanooga and Monmouth games had good video quality. The quality yesterday was spotty at best and the game didn't start online until several minutes in. Video wasn't smooth and was pretty jerky at times which I recall to be the case last year. You'd think a university the size of VT would have better. Maybe it isn't related to VT but sure seems to be.
