I called that as soon as I saw the first replay, long before Nantz and Romo caught on to what was being reviewed. I knew the refs were going to make that ruling...I could see it coming a mile away. I agree that the player demonstrated control well before the ball hit the ground/moved in his hands, and I think that in the case where a player's knee hits the ground, if he has control of the ball at that point, it should consititute possession. But, I believe the refs correctly applied the idiotic rule that is currently in place.
