Miami has multiple national championships, Sun, beach, the bling, the culture, and the girls.

There isn't a huge reason for kids that grew up around the mystique of Miami football to leave home. Just the county Miami is in produces many more times the number of blue-chip recruits than the entire state of VA. VA has like 4 legit blue-chippers this year. Miami-Dade probably produced 20 (a guess).

Its not a whole lot more complicated than that.
