I thought Dern was pretty good...


I liked the movie I think. But yeah The a lot of the trip to the casino planet and a lot of Rey's stuff on the island and in the hole could have been left on the cutting room floor. I also didn't think the battle scenes from the red dusty planet did much for me. I think you could edit what's there down to about an hour fort-five and have a really good star wars movie.
