I remember everyone wanted Andre Davis to coach WRs when that position opened up. It got to the point where Davis actually had to publically state that he appreciated the outpouring, but that he felt we were better off hiring an actual coach. Many also had an obsession with Brewer coaching here. All but writing the kids future as a GA on Fuente's staff. I kept asking myself does he even want to coach? Apparently not, he is in sales right currently, and when asked about coaching in interviews he seemed lukewarm on the idea.

With that said I can't poke fun of others without admitting to wanting one former player back myself. For me its Brian Randall. He clearly loves the game as he has toiled through multiple lesser professional leagues, for not a whole lot of money. I keep thinking to myself if he loves the game that much why not give coaching a shot.
