Swarbrick wants regular games in Boston.

He used one of his home games with the Shamrock Series to play in Fenway Park a couple of year ago. He wants to play in major markets, and ND views Massachusetts as a hotbed for recruiting students. So regardless of what the fans think of BC football, he wants to physically play games in that town regularly.

He wants to play in New York too. That's why ND keeps playing Syracuse in Giants Stadium. Syracuse fans hate that ND won't play in the Carrier Dome, but Syracuse agreed to play in New York. They like an occasional game there too.
