This is vote by the conference member not the commisioner and


Simply, Ga Tech, FSU, Clemson and Louisville STRONGLY non-concurs to 9 games. They feel with having SEC teams all locked in as end of year rivals, they do not want another acc game. (BTW UVA is for only the 8 team schedule).

Simply, with Clemson and FSU the big 'brands' of the conference, don't want to make them too upset.
