Its not a light switch, he's got to get his players into the system


Going in; as a leader of a long-standing program, he's got to assure consistency in winning and he's done that/is doing that with players growing into his program and organizing offense with the team/skills he has. I suspect as more and more of his type of players are integrated into the program, We will see more explosive expansive program. FYI, in the big 12, there are types of explosive offensives, OSU is more a wild cat spread it out. TCU (from which Fuente came from) is explosive as well, but more balance run pass option offense.

THis is not a knock against the existing players but more matching skill sets with schemes. This transition will take about five years. (we fans just think about the upcoming year)
