Keep an eye out...


Charleston is a Mecca for fossil hunters, especially shark teeth. I intend on vacationing down that way this year for the express purpose of looking for teeth.

Be careful though, SC laws on fossil hunting are really sketchy. I THINK you have to have a license even if you are recreational hunting, and some areas (Summerville) you cannot use any type of tool to remove them, even a screwdriver to loosen soil around one.
