Honestly, I think that's the going monthly rate.


I don't work downtown permanently, but when I do have a project there, I usually park in the Lanier Parking surface lot behind the James Center, between Byrd and Canal. I think it is either $130 or $135 per month.

I wish I had a vacant lot in downtown. I wouldn't need to work.
