From what I can tell from reading the posts on TSL from people close to the situation, Khadim was unhappy at VT (exactly why, I don’t know) and left Blacksburg to join a cousin at a community college in Florida. But relatively soon thereafter, he had a change of heart and returned to Blacksburg. Maybe he just had a chance to mature a bit and realize what a great opportunity he was throwing away. At any rate, he and Buzz seem to have buried the hatchet and he is back with the team. He will redshirt this season and will have three years of eligibility remaining starting in 2019.

Personally, I am glad that he came back and that Buzz and the team decided to welcome him home. I continue to think he has a lot of potential.
