Record wise the only difference was the bowl game

So I’m still not agreeing. Finished the both regular seasons 9-3. Better conference record agreed but chalk that up to an unfortunate loss to GT where the QB playing on 1 foot. That’s just bad luck and luck is certainly a critical part of the college game so it is what is. And even if VT does win vs. GT, there’s no ACCCG. In that case, the team would have actually exceeded 2016 record wise. All that playing with a hobbled QB for a large portion of the year and losing a ton of offensive firepower from the year before. Next year we should see this young talent start to mature with some additional play makers the mix and improved QB play no matter who wins the job. Hence I believe the O does step it up a notch next year. They’ll have to because the D is going to be where the O was this past year: rebuilding.
