My son attended the Dresser camp for two summers.

30 man is intended for advance high school wrestlers who want to know what college level training is like, so obviously not appropriate for your sons (at least not yet!).

My son went to skills & drills. In my opinion, this is too advanced for first year wrestlers too. I would suggest something more fundamental. I think Ferrum has camps for kids new to wrestling, and the coach at Ferrum is a former VT wrestler. I'd also suggest talking with their coach, because a lot of areas have local camps. Finally, you could check the forum at virginiawrestling.com for area camps.

Hope this helps.
