This is a little more serious than things being said about teams

on a message board. What Urlacher allegedly said is injurious to the plaintiff which invites litigation. That is one of the requirements for litigation on slander, libel, or defamation. My opinion on whether or not Clemson is breaking rules is not injurious to anyone. Nobody care what any of us thinks. It is simply some internet idiot stating his/her uninformed opinion. Cheers
