I think,have to give Thomas a pass on last year

too many injuries.And two yrs. ago,VT deserved an NCAA bid ,RPI #41 &SOS #6,but didn't
get one.According to an article in last year's Roanoke Times (May 11,2017) Thomas letter
of appointment runs out this year.,unless Babcock has already extended it.

Coach Thomas is well aware of what's expected of him,read the last paragraph in the link below.
