If his natural weight is 160 then wouldn't 157 be way too big for him?


I met a 165 lb guy one time who told me he weighed over 200 in the offseason. How much is normal for a middle weight guy to cut? A lot of high school wrestlers are cutting 10+ lbs. I'd guess more like 15-20 lbs in college is normal.
