Thanks for the software recommendations. Here's the video I made

A couple of days ago, I posted here asking for software recommendations for screen capturing an online video from a hockey game. As usual the Lounge came through and I thought I would share the finished product as I think the play itself is amazing.

Here's the setup: The Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs had just begun a 4-minute shorthanded penalty kill when Defenseman Joe Sova lost his stick at mid-ice. Forward Eric Witzel (#24), who is 6 inches shorter, handed Sova his stick and played without one for what seemed like forever. Remember that hockey players typically play about 30-40 seconds a shift, but because Fayetteville kept the puck in the Roanoke zone, the Roanoke team couldn't switch out.

Keep an eye on Witzel (#24) in this video, often in a basketball stance, skating around like a madman, blocking shots, diving to disrupt passes, simply playing his butt off.

Finally, he gets an opening and checks the Marksman Defenseman, picks up Sova’s stick (which is 6 inches longer than his own) in the neutral zone. Roanoke then gets possession of the puck, and a teammate hits Witzel with a pass, giving him a breakaway. Witzel then scores on the breakaway – totally exhausted.

I've been watching hockey for a long team - it was one of the most amazing effort plays I've ever seen.

Thanks again for the recommendations.
