And no, I certainly did not know every secret that my dad may or may not have had. But then I didn't work with him 16 + hours a day either for a number of years.

During my working career, I'd check in in the morning, put in 8 hours and go home. I know no football staff that does that. Those guys are close together 12-14-16 hours a day. I do not believe that Sandusky's "secret" could have been not known, or at least been whispered about all those years. And yes, not only was JoPa himself not a saint, he was a sorry arse human to let Sandusky do what Sandusky did to all those boys over the years. JoPa could have stopped it cold but he didn't. He didn't, because he didn't want any stain to touch PSU football. And yes, I do not believe anything happened connected to the PSU football program that JoPa didn't know. And the PSU administration aided and abetted the monster known as Sandusky.

And if Beamer had done what JoPa did, I'd want anything associated with him removed.
