Littlejohn's renovation was about $50 million.


And their building doesn't pose anywhere near the same caliber of issues that Cassell would present. A feasible renovation of Cassell could cost closer to $100 million than $50 million and provide less benefit than the renovation of Littlejohn did.

If we can renovate Cassell for $50 million to the point where it feasible for the long term and is able to seat at least in the neighborhood of 9000 fans, I'd be OK with that. But if it's going to cost $75+ million and stick us with capacity reduction of 7K or so, it's time to move on. And my understanding is that the latter is what a renovation would look like.
