What project at Tech has been completed on time in the past decade?

We had a colder than normal January that probably set things back like concrete work (which needs a minimal average of 40 degrees which wasn't available). Looks like fans will be sitting on the left side terrace for the Radford game. I'm hoping that the main seating area will be finished by the Pitt series. The club area doesn't look as promising.
