when I attempted to gain access prior to a basketball game. I was told that I needed a reservation even though at the time I was a Silver. In fact it was the only time I tried to gain access to the Bowman Room prior to a basketball game. I have gotten reservations a couple of times for football, so I figured I would try it during basketball season to see if there was any difference. Since I didn't have season tickets for basketball and only been to a handful of games, I didn't see any sense to question what I was told at the time.
