Remember to call them and threaten to cancel a few times before they eventually offer the 5 or 6 month cheaper plan. If you forget they will start billing you monthly at the full price plan. Which I think is what happens to a lot of people and why they keep offering the 5 month teaser. Also, you have to ask for it but you can renew under the agreement that they won’t renew you on the month to month until you call to accept the new terms. If you don’t call they cut of the radio until you call them to renew. This way they dont quietly start charging you full price.
