I had to haggle for it but they gave it to me. I had forgotten to cancel

for a couple of months & wasn’t happy about having paid 3 times as much for those months so when I called up to cancel I told them I’d only renew at that discounted rate if they promised to cancel my contract at the end of the term unless I agreed to new terms again. I didn’t want to be automatically renewed ever again.
