He was an aggressive recruiter at VT; sometimes too much for our peer schools. That approach was NOT Frank's cup of tea, I think Searcel sorta had the same challenge at VT. He was use to the georgia culture of recruiting and Richt and the SEC (who is a good friend of Frank). Both tried at VT, but didn't click, now they are flourishing
