I think it makes for excuses when refs are blamed. The worse officiated game I ever saw was one we weren't going to win anyway and that was our first ever trip to Duke as a member of the ACC.

I feel badly for the team because there were so many plays where we shot ourselves in the foot that whatever part the refs played just doesn't resonate with me. Besides I'm sure the UM fans had plenty of calls they were upset about as well - so as far as I'm concerned it is a wash.
